I have always been deeply passionate about using herbal and food remedies to support my health and well-being.

Over the last few years, that's evolved with the question of: how do I support vibrant health in motherhood? The answers for me have been a variety of practices and mindset work, but always the foundation of an ancestral way of eating, and nourishing, vitamin/mineral rich herbs.

It's always been important for me to learn about and get to know the plants that grow in my area, teach my daughter about them, integrate herbs into daily cooking rhythms and medicines, and share them with friends as well.

I resonate with the "folk herbalist" title because as women, knowing plants and herbs, is deeply ancestral to all of our lineages. Mothers would have always known the remedies to support their family's health. We all come from a long, long line of wise women, to be here today.

I've developed a lot of remedies and formulas I've enjoyed for personal use to support me in my pre-conception times, pregnancies, postpartum, and up until today as a mother. I've given it to my child to bring nourishment and love to her. I have gifted many of these to postpartum mothers and friends, and I've decided to share these with YOU to support nourishment and replenishment in whatever phase of womanhood you are in.
